Salted Caramel Espresso Martini


37.5ml Ketel One Vodka (other vodkas are available).

25ml Mouse Kingdom Coffee Liqueur

10ml Salted Caramel Syrup (you can sub this for a regular simple syrup)*

1 Espresso**


Shake, extremely hard with cubed ice, in a cocktail shaker, to add dilution and aeration.


Fine strain into an extremely cool glass.


If you have a freezer please store your glass in it.




*Simple syrup = 1 caster sugar by weight to 1 water.

Mix 4 teaspoons of sugar to 20ml of hot water, stir to dissolve.


**If you don't have an espresso machine you can mix 3 heaped teaspoons of fresh or bought ground coffee with about 100ml of hot water and then strain the liquid out to use. Lots of the flavour depends on the coffee you use, make sure you give it enough time to infuse. Up to 5 mins if your coffee is cafetiere ground.



Also, good coffee = good espresso martini.



We suggest garnishing your drink with 3 coffee beans.
