A Negroni is a delicious, bitter complex libation, and our 16% abv Strawberry Liqueur works really well in one. Its 1% balsamic adds umami and balancing acidity, as well as the strawberry being lightly cooked and caramelised.
Superb drink this, rich and moreish. Great dessert or digestif cocktail.
