In 2021 Dark Berries began production in Central Manchester.
 
#1 Goal : to produce liqueurs which tasted of the ingredients instead of sugar.
 
1 - Berries should show tannin, acidity & balance.
2 - A Berry doesnt need to be sweet to be valued.
3 - Balance is important in Cocktails, as well as with all things.
 
Finally, choosing an elegant bottle which you can also pour from, only containing natural ingredients - no plastic.

Deep, Rich Raspberry and fresh, almost ascerbic Blackcurrant juice blended with UK winter wheat vodka.
 
Every bottle we sell is unique and changing - with consistency of flavour, so you can trust every sip. Every label run is limited, and when we sell through we commission new.
 

More acidity and fruit flavour than anything you call chambord, cassis or framboise.
